At the forefront of health optimization, the seven-day La Cure Reset program combines cutting-edge medical expertise, advanced therapies, and personalized guidance. For time-conscious individuals, La Cure Reset - Discovery Day offers a condensed yet rejuvenating experience in a single day. Set in an exclusive wellness-focused environment, Clinique Nescens turns the pursuit of health into an enjoyable lifestyle choice.

BRIEF

Nescens sought to establish a captivating online presence through a dedicated website for Clinique Nescens, aiming to convey its essence as more than just a health clinic. The objective was to create a functional, tailor-made, and clean website that offered effortless navigation and intuitive cross-selling opportunities. The design sought a clean aesthetic, steering clear of a medical feel. The reservation process was envisioned to mirror reserving a luxury hotel experience rather than a treatment appointment.

Through a combination of innovative website design and targeted digital marketing strategies, we enhanced Clinique Nescens’ online presence and successfully promoted their exclusive “The Cure Reset” program. This comprehensive approach attracted a global audience and generated bookings and leads, solidifying Clinique Nescens’ reputation as a premier destination for wellness and fulfillment.

Website Redesign

The new website of Clinique Nescens embraces a clean and sophisticated design, seamlessly integrating functionality, user-friendly navigation, and strategic cross-selling opportunities. This innovative approach defies traditional healthcare website norms, mirroring the luxurious ambiance of a high-end hotel. The refined design extends effortlessly to the reservation process, inviting individuals to embark on transformative wellness journeys with Clinique Nescens.

Digital Marketing

To effectively promote the transformative “The Cure Reset” program, we implemented a comprehensive and multifaceted marketing strategy that spanned various platforms and targeted a diverse audience across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Monaco, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia). Over a period of nine months, we strategically allocated a budget of approximately 73K to maximize our outreach and engagement.

Leveraging the influence and appeal of brand ambassadors Tony Parker (NBA player) and Sebastien Buemi (F1 driver), we crafted a compelling series of posts and videos tailored to each target market. This approach allowed us to resonate with a wider audience, effectively capturing the essence of Nescens Clinique’s transformative offerings.

Our creative and strategic efforts aimed to generate bookings and leads for “The Cure Reset” program by showcasing the exceptional benefits of this exclusive wellness experience. Through a combination of engaging content and targeted outreach, we successfully attracted the attention of our target audience across various platforms, driving interest and ultimately, conversions.

Results

Our well-executed strategic campaign, spanning a significant timeframe was supported by a substantial media plan strategy. The outcomes were outstanding, effectively reaching an impressive audience of 2.5 million users. To optimize our outreach, we implemented separate Prospecting and Remarketing campaigns effectively engaging users to take desired actions, resulting in favorable conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition figures. Furthermore, our tailored approach for “The Cure Reset” program garnered considerable interest, positively influencing both conversion rates and acquisition costs. Moreover, direct interactions via email and increased submissions through contact forms, coupled with user engagement metrics, signaled a considerable boost in traction. Summing up the structure of the selected campaign made a substantial impact, leading to a notable increase in website traffic and an overall enhancement in visibility and engagement.
